How to Use NeuroFuse

Depending on the preferred effect, tolerance and body type, individuals may increase the dose to 3-4 capsules per day. Users should not exceed 4 capsules per serving, or 6 capsules within 24 hours.

NeuroFuse Side Effects

Branded as NeuroFuse nootropic daily supplement, this product claims to naturally enhance cognition, memory, and performance safely. User reviews have not claimed to experience adverse side effects, although certain ingredients can produce side effects if taken in excess.

Vitamins D3, B6 and B12 are all quite low concentrations in NeuroFuse, and do not pose any potential side effects as all doses are safe for adult consumption. It is difficult to measure potential side effects of proprietary blends where ingredient doses are not disclosed. Phosphatidylserine is safe for consumption up to 300 mg, with potential side effects such as insomnia and upset stomach. Huperzine-A has only been studied for dosages up to 0.4 mg/day, and if used long-term it can lead to side effects including dizziness, upset stomach and nausea.20

In the body, vitamin B6 supports the production of neurotransmitters needed for proper brain function and development. Mild deficiencies in vitamin B6 may lead to short-term memory loss and difficulty concentrating. Low levels have also been noted in patients with depression.21

Vitamin B12 deficiencies are more common as we age, and may cause chronic fatigue, which can negatively influence memory recall and focus.22

In clinical trials, caffeine and l-theanine have shown synergistic, cognitive effects when supplemented together.
