CBD XRP

CBD XRP, distributed by Pure Med, is one of the latest cannabinoid based supplements to arrive on the health and wellness scene. It is promoted as having a high absorption rate and as being scientifically formulated to achieve results.1 So, exactly what is CBD XRP, and what can it do for you?

According to the Pure Med website, Pure Med CBD XRP relieves anxiety, promotes healthier bones, and helps moderate blood sugar levels. The company suggests that using CBD XRP will promote an overall healthier lifestyle, and that the product is safe and legal to use in all 50 U.S. states.1

The premise behind the supplement is that it provides the same benefits as medical marijuana, without the “high”, prescription, doctor’s appointments, or drug test worries. This is because Pure Med CBD XRP doesn’t include THC as an ingredient.1 THC is the psychotropic element in cannabis which causes the sensation of being “high”.7

Throughout this unbiased review, you will learn more about the Pure Med CBD XRP supplement, the main active ingredient which provides these anti-anxiety effects, and whether the science behind it is sound. You will also read about the safety and toxicology of CBD, where to buy this new supplement, and what current users are saying about CBD XRP.

The key ingredient in Pure Med CBD XRP is cannabidiol, a non-psychotropic compound that has been shown to help reduce anxiety.

Pure Med CBD Ingredients

Pure Med CBD is promoted as being all-natural, safe, and with no harmful synthetic ingredients.1 The main active ingredient in this all-natural mix is called cannabidiol. The Pure Med CBD XRP website doesn’t include the amount of cannabidiol used in each capsule, but there has been evidence to support the use of cannabidiol to support the three main claims of CBD XRP. Read on below for more information on cannabidiol and its role in the CBD XRP supplement.

Cannabidiol – Cannabidiol, often abbreviated to CBD, is a non-psychoactive constituent of the cannabis plant. It has been shown to have anti-arthritic, anti-anxiety, and anti-diabetic properties without affecting mood, hunger, or mental acuity, as other cannabis products containing THC do.2,3,4

Pure Med CBD XRP Side Effects

The Pure Med CBD XRP website claims that the all-natural formula of this supplement poses no threat of side effects, and is 100% safe for use.1 Some users, however, may experience a reaction due to ingredient allergies or sensitivities.

Possible adverse effects include weight loss or gain, changes in sleeping patterns and fatigue, and gastrointestinal effects like diarrhea.6 If an allergic reaction, or other side effect occurs following use of CBD XRP, it is recommended that you discontinue use until consulting a medical professional. It is not suggested that individuals already using prescription medications use CBD XRP without speaking to a doctor.

Does CBD XRP Oil Work?

There are no human studies supporting validity of the CBD XRP product, specifically. However, there is scientific evidence to back up the use of the ingredient cannabidiol to prevent anxiety, promote healthy bones, and reduce blood sugar levels.

An anxiolytic drug is a medication that inhibits anxiety. CBD has been shown to be an effective alternative to anxiolytic medications such as ipsapirone and diazepam.

In 1993, a human study was published on the effects of a treatment of either cannabidiol, ipsapirone (an antidepressant), diazepam (an anxiety medication), or a placebo. 40 patients were split into groups of 10 and evaluated with two separate anxiety tests following treatment. The CBD group decreased anxiety significantly, proving itself an alternative anxiolytic option to prescription medications.5

An earlier animal study, published in 1990, reflected similar findings. After testing subjects on doses of 2.5mg, 5.0mg, and 10.0mg of CBD, they found it to have calming anxiolytic effects. After 20.0mg, it was no longer effective.3

In 2000, an animal study tested oral administrations of CBD on subjects with collagen-induced arthritis. Not only was the research team successful in proving the usefulness of CBD as an anti-arthritic medication, they also proved it to have anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties.2

A scientific publication on the study of CBD effects on animal subjects with diabetes was published in 2009. The subjects were non-obese sufferers of diabetes, and were tested with an oral dose of CBD. Results indicated that CBD slowed, and significantly reduced damage caused by insulitis and inflammation, and was successful in the treatment of diabetes.4

The results of these trials indicate that Pure Med CBD XRP has the potential to combat symptoms of everyday stress and anxiety, strengthen bones and reduce risks of arthritis, and help regulate symptoms associated with diabetes.
