Alpha Force Testo

Distrubuted by Alpha Force, Alpha Force Testo is the latest testosterone booster to generate buzz. Using an all natural formula, Alpha Force Testo combines a unique blend of ancient herbs touted for their ability to increase energy and vitality. This product claims to enhance performance, increase libido, improve recovery times, promote muscle mass and increase free testerone levels.

When purchasing Alpha Force, users are encouraged to combine it with a second step product NO2 Power Blast, a muscle supplement intended to boost nitric oxide production.

In this honest and unsponsored Alpha Force Testo review, we break down exactly what is in Alpha Force Testo, what type of results you can expect and how it compares to other similar products on the market today.

Alpha Force Testo ingredients

Alpha Force Testo uses a unique blend of all natural ingredients to promote male health.

Alpha Force Testo Ingredients

On the current Alpha Force Testo website, there is no complete list of ingredients available. While the site discusses several key ingredients, no doses are provided.

After some investigation, Better Health has uncovered the full Alpha Force Testo formula. Below, we explain how these ingredients work in the body to possibly improve your testosterone levels and support sports performance.

2-Aminoethanesulfonic acid: 1 mg – Commonly known as taurine, this organic compound is believed to have antioxidant properties and has been associated with enhancing mental performance, increasing muscle power, strength, size and the ability to speed up recovery in between training.3,4

3,3′-dihydroxy-4,4′-diketo-beta-carotene: 1 mg – Commonly referred to as astaxanthin, this carotenoid (a colored lipid) is claimed to have anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, reduce oxidative stress and improve circulation.5

Boron: 1 mcg – Boron is taken by athletes to help build muscle, boost testosterone, improve muscle coordination and cognitive functions. While these benefits are still under question, boron may play a protective role against developing prostate cancer.6,7

Eurycoma longifolia: 100 mg – A traditional herb used to promote fertility and sexual mood, in clinical trials eurycoma longifolia has been noted to regulate estrogen levels and sperm production. However, there is currently no peer-reviewed evidence that it can increase testosterone levels.

Folate: 50 mcg – Folate is an important B vitamin that helps make red blood cells in the body. A lack of folate can cause tiredness, weakness and even anemia, which can all effect sports performance.9

L-Arginine: 1 mg –An important amino acid, arginine acts as a building block for protein in the body. Arginine also directly leads to nitric oxide production in the blood, which widens blood cells and improves blood flow. For men, this process of vasodilation may help improve symptoms of erectile dysfunction, regulate blood pressure and control inflammation.10

Lycopene: 3.25 mg – Lycopene is a naturally occurring antioxidant that’s responsible for the red color of fruits and vegetables. Lycopene has been taken to possibly prevent prostate cancer, heart disease and HPV.11

Tomatoes, and tomato products, are responsible for 85% of the dietary intake of lycopene in the U.S.11

Magnesium: 50 mg – Magnesium is a mineral that contributes to a wide range of functions including energy production, protein synthesis, maintaining nerve function and supporting muscle contraction.12

Panax Ginseng: 25 mg – Panax ginseng is claimed to enhance the immune system, boost cognitive function and improve sports performance. Thought to be an adaptogen, it may enhance the body’s ability to defend itself against physical, mental or biological stress.13

Selenium: 10 mcg – A trace element, selenium plays an important role in the production of proteins, DNA synthesis, reproduction, thyroid hormone metabolism and protecting cells from oxidative stress.14

Serenoa Repens: 62.5 mg –Commonly known as saw palmetto, this substance is often used as a natural treatment for enlarged prostates and may act similar to a prescription hormone. Saw palmetto has been taken to improve sperm counts, boost libido, treat hair loss, manage diabetes and reduce inflammation.15

Tribulus Terrestris: 1 mg – An herb used in traditional Ayurveda medicine, tribulus terrestris has been used to increase vitality, boost libido and improve sexual health in infertile men. In infertile men, a temporary boost of testosterone (16.3%) and increase in erectile properties were noted when men supplemented with 6 g of the herb.16

Trigonella foenum-graecum: 2 mg – Also known as fenugreek, this popular herb has been claimed to be useful as both an anti-diabetic and libido boosting agent.17,18 In limited clinical trials, doses of 600 mg have been observed to provide a minor increase in arousal.

Vitamin B12: 1 mcg – An important vitamin for overall health, vitamin B12 supports red blood cell production and cognitive functions.20

A vitamin b12 deficiency can cause megaloblastic anemia, which may result in tiredness, weakness, and decreased mental focus– all of which can negatively impact performance in and outside of the gym.20

The body can store several years’ worth of vitamin B12 in the liver.19

Vitamin B6: 2.75 mg – Vitamin B6 functions in the body to break down proteins, maintain normal nerve function (and muscle contraction), form antibodies, and produce hemoglobin – oxygen found in red blood cells that is delivered to muscle tissues.21

Vitamin C: 3 mg –  A well-known antioxidant, vitamin C is required by the body to make collagen, repair tissues, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels, repair bones and heal wounds.22

Vitamin D: 2 mcg – Vitamin D is critical for regulating the immune system and helping the body build and maintain strong bones. Low levels of vitamin D have been noted in individuals with depression, obesity, prostate cancer and high blood pressure.23

Zinc: 7.5 mg –  Zinc is another important trace mineral, which supports carbohydrate metabolism, wound healing and the immune system.24

Alpha Force Side Effects

While the ingredients used in Alpha Force Testo are natural, they may still cause side effects or interact with other medications. Based upon the latest scientific research and doses used, below is a list of possible Alpha Force Testo side effects.

Although a popular ingredient in natural remedies, ginseng may cause nausea, headaches, diarrhea, or mild euphoria for some users.15 Vitamin C is known to have a diuretic effect and can increase urination. In the body, it can also increase the absorption of iron. Vitamin C can possibly interact with aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and may cause these drugs to stay in the body longer.23 In high doses, zinc may cause upset stomach, cramping, nausea or vomiting. In rare cases, zinc may also change the scent of urine.19

Projected Alpha Force Results

With several ingredients based on traditional medicine, does Alpha Force Testo work? Based upon recent scientific research, doses provided and customer testimonials, we break down the projected results to help you decide if Alpha Force Testo is worth your time.

Unlike other Testo Boosters, Alpha Force Testo contains several vitamins and minerals to help fill any nutritional gaps and support the immune system. As well, vitamin B6, arginine, magnesium and selenium all work to support and possibly improve protein synthesis. As athletes train, they need more vitamin B6 to support protein synthesis and gain muscle mass.22 Based on existing scientific evidence, arginine should be dosed between 3-6 grams to benefit athletic performance.

Alpha Force test contains several ingredients that have been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine to help boost libido and increase men’s sexual health. While clinical studies proving these ingredients’ effectiveness may be lacking, it does not mean the product does not work.
